Until November
12 August 2020
And there you go! Right on the button! Exactly on time! Precisely as predicted!
In my last blog entry I speculated that my use of the word 'assassination' triggered an algorythmic search in America. I'd only used it once, and the next day I had my first and only reader in the USA. I felt these events were obviously connected, but I couldn't be sure, so I thought I'd try an experiment. I used the word five time in Monday's piece. Today I checked the analytics for the countries where readers had read my blog, and sure enough, there is the USA. A single reader. One hit. So twice I have had a single reader in the USA, and on both occasions the day after I used the word 'assassination'. And I am betting that because I have used it here, I will have a single solitary reader in the USA tomorrow or Friday. Twice might be a co-incidence. Three times wouldn't be.
Well that's that sorted. It's so good to know we are being kept safe for democracy.
This news comes on the day that President Trump declared that the last major pandemic, Spanish 'flu, started in 1917 and ended the Second World War.
He may have the largest (self-declared) IQ in the known world, but he wasn't going to let it stand in the way of either truth or accuracy.
I believe that war is much on the President's mind at the moment. Wrapping himself in the flag and killing lots and lots of people through war rather than disease is just about the only thing left he can do to save his Presidency. Top of his target list is probably China, but he might decide to choose a smaller target. Even Trump would hesitate to embroil the USA in an all-out war with China. So I think Iran is probably in for it. They will be goaded into something stupid and war will be declared. Everyone will rally to the flag and Trump's ratings will soar despite the grievous loss of life from Covid.
He's got until November.
